The Eternal Struggle Life and Death are the only truths in this world.  They are two realities that no one can get around.  Everyone lives, everyone dies, there is no in between.  Is a walking, breathing body really living though?  And is death really when the body ceases to function, or can it occur long before our blood runs cold?  After watching my father die during the course of my relatively short life, I feel like I can answer those questions for myself. It has only been a month, but it feels like much longer since my father finally passed away.  I am thankful that he is now gone, even though it makes me sound heartless and uncaring
